Protocols, methods, codes and results of our analysys for the 'same data different analysts project', answering the research question "To what extent is the growth of nestling blue tits (Cyanistes caeruleus) influenced by competition with siblings?".
Data: data and metadata from the project coordinators

MS: html reporting documents and their respective RMarkdown (*.Rmd) files, as well as our many_analysts.xml library to generate references within the html files. Specifically the folder contains:
- Protocol: a priory (before data exploration) decisions about analyses
- Methods: description of the used methods
- Results: results of the analyses
R: all r-scripts used in the analyses
Output: all results of the analyses (i.e. Tables and Figures) including extended Tables and plots of model assumptions. Note that the Tables (xlsx files) and Figures (png files) are easier to view within Output folder on Dropbox where we in addition to GitHub also host the whole repository.
