lua-libsox through LuaRocks

It would make life much easier when using lua-libsox if there was an installation though Lua Rocks.

unfortunately I don't have much time to do this work at the moment, of course, I will do it in the future.

This is for me totally fine if it is the "last thing". For me solving the other issues I posted would be much higher priority to make sure this library is in a good shape :)
