[FEATURE REQUEST]: Field Hockey - Add 40 second timer for timekeeping at penalty corner

Description of your idea

Beginning this season (2023-2024) in the Netherlands the new rules state that when a penalty corner is taken that players are ready within 40 seconds.

So it would be nice to keep track of the 40 seconds during a penalty corner.

For which platform do you propose this feature?

MatchGear for Apple WatchOS, MatchGear for Android WearOS (all android watches + Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and higher)

We're working on this in the background. This takes a bit more time than expected since it requires some large changes and therefore also a lot of testing before this is released.

Hi Martijn,

Last activity on this is some time ago, do maybe have an idea when it might become available? Using the app since some time on an Apple Watch and it’s working really nice taking away the admin stuff and more . For the PC timer wondering if the easiest might be to split the Pause button into 2 (just like the More/Start when paused) for Pause/PC and when choosing PC to show the same seconds timer popover just like when paused. Countdown from 40 is even cooler. When 40 seconds are done the regular time could continue?
