I suggest releasing a container (Docker) image for both the regular server and the index server to be used by other developers to have a test OPTIMADE server.
This is useful for CI of client packages especially, but can also be used by, e.g., the validator action.

The images can simply be released via ghcr.io (GitHub Container Registry), but I guess we could release elsewhere as well, as is needed. I don't think it makes sense to release it somewhere, where it costs money. At least as long as it's on ghcr.io it is free/unlimited to download the images in GitHub Actions workflows.
