Docker tests failing in CI: http://gh_actions_host no longer exists?

I've noticed that the docker image tests have been failing for a few days (see e.g. https://github.com/Materials-Consortia/optimade-python-tools/pull/905/checks?check_run_id=3381031009). It looks like Actions may have removed the gh_actions_host access to "localhost"? Any ideas on this @CasperWA?

I found the same thing happening in other repositories set up to do the same.

As I think this is an issue that should be solved in optimade-validator-action, I'll continue the discussion there.

This can be closed when the new optimade-validator-action version v2.6.0 is released and used here.

The version has been updated in #907 and the docker CI passes.
