Base on Qemu-Lite work to port Toro to NEMU.

The only way to boot toro in nemu is supporting OVMF.

The goal of this ticket is to boot toro by using "virt" machine. I have to verify if the only way to do it is by using OVMF.

The only way to boot in virt machine is using the OVMF fimware. I stall the work on this ticket.
