disable SVG manipulation if the filename contains the "-no-sassvg" suffix (e.g. "facebook-no-sassvg.svg")
document both the existing ".no-sassvg"-Feature on node-level inside SVGs as well as the file-wide ".no-sassvg"-Feature.
