Interior parts changing for specific exteriors

Allow exteriors to define how they change interior parts
(it will probably be a template-based change)

E.g. the pyramid exterior for the Rani TARDIS had a fitting door in one of custom versions (but still uses the wardrobe door when chameleon is applied)
