Missing references "VectorMath" and "Agg" #255

Hi,

I was trying to compile branch "design_tools" and there are referenced "VectorMath" and "Agg" in the "Pathfinding".

I cannot find "VectorMath" nor "Agg" on the nuget.org or Microsoft. Can I ask for a hint where to get those referenced objects ?

They are in agg. Design tools is very much a work in progress and these dependencies are still in flux.
