Hooke is similar to an Event Emitter, but instead of event functions running independently, they are implemented as middleware with a callback function.
Hooke allows you to have a plugin system with asynchronous plugins that you can wait on to finish before moving on.

Add a hook to the plugin name. The fn can be a synchronous, asynchronous, generator function, or anything else that ware supports.
Trigger an event. Analagous to Emitter.emit(...). Pass a variable number of args. Optionally pass a done function. Without a function trigger returns a generator you can yield on.
