TOTK optimiser does not auto apply updates #74

I am playing TOTK on patch 1.2.1 using a xci file as there is a bug in patch 1.0 where the game is stuck on "continue" when dying and I'm forced to restart.

Patch 1.2.1 fixes that but when launching the game from TOTK optimiser it does not apply the update.
