Setup Eslint and Prettier to the project to maintain some coding conventions.

Might introduce Travis-CI as well for testing.

@joshi-kaushal go ahead👍 and this issue is for both the front-end repo and the backend repo, for which the config has to be done separately.

I'll finish the front end first.
Pagination.styles.scss file seems to be missing in Paddington component.

@joshi-kaushal oh yes, just remove the line in which it is imported, as the file was deleted as it was empty but we forgot to remove the line which imports it
