Add build_aes_variations, build_cmake_custom_config_file, build_psa_alt_headers, build_psa_crypto_spm and build_zeroize_checks build components similar to the mbedtls ones (cmake based though).
Check that the build components do what they intend to do and give evidence of this in this issue or the associated PR for the benefit of reviewers

Add support for psa-crypto in config.py #58 to set up configs
