If the user changes to a channel with no stream, e.g. BBC Red Button, currently Me TV just crashes. Instead Me TV should remember the last channel that was playing, put up a dialogue box to explain the situation and revert to the previous channel.

Perhaps Me TV should keep a list of non-stream channels and grey them out and not allow change to them?

Changeset 4e4c9d9 should stop the crash, but it leaves no channel playing. Perhaps this is the right solution?
