Yes, we understand that the last version was 1.3.1 and this one is 1.2.1. This change was made because the codebase was reverted back to December 2019 where the version was 1.2 before Sk1er took over the project. It has been updated to 1.2.1 by us but it is still an upgrade from 1.3.1. Sorry about the confusion. It will still show as an update for any 1.3.1 users.
