rpm package for SailfishOS carries a bunch of archive files (*.a) in /usr/share/harbour-meecast/lib/

This directory is useless as its contents is statically compiled in harbour-meecast binary.
But it takes more than 3 MiB of space in internal phone memory, and I suppose rpm package size by about 1 MiB.

Originally I was going to file pull request which would exclude these files from package, but I could not find spec which creates rpm package in this repo. I believe scripts that compile rpm package has to reside in repo as well as sources for binary.
