Yep. I suppose it makes sense, though. I wouldn't want anybody messing with my sandbox (usually). Maybe you should just turn it into a regular wiki page.

@PullJosh I have let people edit my sandbox before, and I can't make it a wiki page yet because it is still a stub. It needs more information. @MegaApuTurkUltra I will update that!
