What went wrong?

i am trying to resolve this problem for 3 days and still can find out what is wrong

What did you expect to happen?

Yes i follow the guide by the letter and yes i saw FAQ i tryed to change the save file and still same problem and i wait for 1 2 days and tryed again and same problem
