Teamcity: prod and stage deployment should be tagged with buildnumber #795

for every deployment a git tag should be created

new step in deployment pipelines for stage and prod in teamcity

add "add git-tag"
tag name "stage-{buildnumber}" / "prod-{buildnumber}"
