so here is something interesting that you might want to fix if you can an ender bee has a chance of producing a comb of 30% a spectral bee has one of 50% but if you combine the 2 then you get phantasmal which has a chance of 40% that doesnt make sense does it i suggest making the phantasmal bee have a chance of 60-70% using mine/modtweaker

Technically the Bee should either produce on the 30% or on the 50% rate (given that both the Parent bees have both their speed trades the same), given the fact that onlz one of the trades can be given to the parent the combination of both (one 30%, and one of 50%) would result in either the 50% or the 30% to be active and the other in active.

Sadly enough Forestry has a design flaw there, it takes the property value for the bee and compares that to a internal table with changes to produce a Comb instead of taking the value of the parents.

In my opinion the Phatasmal bee base production should be in between the one of its parents. So in this case 50%.
