Setup: No show button toggles ENABLED start button before all required fields are populated/selected

Expected result: Start button enables only after all required fields are populated. Required fields:

• Scouter Name
• Match #
• Team #
• Alliance color
• Either no show toggle on OR starting position selected

Actual result: As long as scouter name, match #, team number, alliance color and partners are populated, toggling the no show button to "off" displays an enabled start button.

To recreate:

1. Populate Scouter Name, Match #, Team #, Alliance partners
2. Select an alliance color
3. Toggle the no show toggle on and then off

Note: Alliance partners nor starting element are required fields, but alliance partners seem to be part of the start button requirements. This is okay as is, and does not need to be fixed at this time.
