firmware/storage: implementation for gets functions

Description

Some modules don't return a state or values reference, like as network options (NETOPT). for example, rpl_protocol doesn't return the state of a node (DAG or DODAG), and there is no way to know the instance_id of DODAG node. These are some modules to could be adjust for storage requirements states and information.

• rpl_protocol [Gets] {instance id} {rpl mode} #367
• Border Router [Gets] {enable/disabled}

Both modules should let's you pbtain the required info to saved in the mtd_storage.
