We want to extract the more specific project related examples into separate repositories which are related to agentMET4FOF by the submodule mechanism.

I plan to deal with that in #39 .

We now have finished one of the extractions and created a use case-respository in Met4FoF. It is quite some work involved in one of these, since the scripts and notebooks generally need some finishing touches (like including all requirements in requirements.txt, updating either srcipts or notebooks, so they actually match and execute), and of course the actual setup of the repo with the submodule agentMET4FOF.

I would assume something like half a day at least for each use case/example.

Since they are so well spread over the repo in agentMET4FOF and intermingled (the package ml_uncertainty depends on the package ZEMA_BNN depends on the package ZEMA EMC) this need to be done cautiously not to break anything and leave unusable clutter.

Especially because of the mentioned aspects it will be very beneficial for the core project to do this "clean up" rather soon.
