Es gab nach der letzten GV sehr viel Diskussion, ob jetzt alle Beschlüsse aufgrund von nicht-eingehaltenen Fristen oder Veränderungen im Zuge von Diskussion an der GV gültig seien. Ich möchte hier nur formal Rechtssicherheit herstellen.
