Build base image fails

Symptoms

I know that it maybe the same issue of #35 but actually i am not able to solve it. I am trying to build docker images for clearwater but build fails since the base image:

The problem is related to dnsmasq and the move action on /tmp/hosts.10. I think that the problem is something related to permissions as i read from #35, but i do not know how to solve.

All other images fails at building
