Issue #1 : The enthalpy at GT exhaust is imposed as BC : parameter Units.SpecificEnthalpy GT_h_out=1e6;

However, the TET should be the CL. (since the mml3.0 upgrade, it should be a convergence problem anymore).
Issue #2 : The combustion chamber efficiency is imposed. parameter Real combustionChamber_eta = 0.9999;
parameter Real combustionChamber_eta = 0.9999;
However, it should be calibrated by the flue gases mass flow which is not associated to any parameter on the calibration_diagram.
Need to update the reverse model and calibration Diagram of MetroscopiaCCGT
