您需要setup.py安装maskrcnn-benchmark，这需要Visual Studio 2017（Build Tools）以及显卡对应版本的CUDA、Pytorch，具体请参考https://github.com/facebookresearch/maskrcnn-benchmark/labels/windows、https://github.com/danpe1327/remember_doc/blob/master/build%20maskrcnn-benchmark%20for%20win10%2Bvs2017.md
这个安装较为复杂费时
