Describe the bug
The adapter will try to fetch data for circles' places even if there are no places for a circle at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a circle without any places.
  2. Join the circle.

Expected behavior
Don't let the adapter try to fetch data if there are no places for a circle.

Versions:

  • Adapter version: 0.2.16
  • JS-Controller version: Don't care.
  • Node version: Don't care.
  • Operating system: Don't care.
