Dear Schenk,
My case is urgent.
I installed MiKTeX 21.12 on Windows and try to check for updates and install packages.
However, MiKTeX throws off an error: SSL connect error. Details: code="35", url="https://api2.miktex.org/hello"
Again and again, this occurs for a few days. Cannot work with documents. Need your urgent help.

Thank you for the report. This seems to be a problem with your network setup. Please understand that I cannot help you with this issue.
