So I have the same exact issue as I do on this closed issue ( #40 )

I am using a VGA to RGB, then an RGB to AV Multi cable to connect to a Sony KV-14DA75 with a Multisystem board. I have not seen this issue in any other core.

I have the same problem. I'm using a Ikegami TM20-30R monitor and connecting to my mister with a VGA to BNC cable. I captured the problem here: https://youtu.be/JUbO2BbRNLw

All Cave cores behave the same way, just a scrolling screen. Haven't seen the problem with any other arcade cores however.

I tried 60hz in a few of the Cave cores, but no improvement. Still a scrolling picture. Actually it made it somewhat worse - the picture seems to be scrolling a lot faster with 60hz.

When using real PCBs (I've tried DonPachi, DoDonPachi and ESP Ra.De) and a supergun connected to the same monitor, everything is fine.
