When booting the MiSTer from cold, WiFi is setup and working within a few seconds. But when doing a warmstart (reboot), WiFi network is coming up after 3 minutes only. After some research I stumbled over this article 3-minute delay at boot waiting for wpa_supplicant to restart, edited /etc/init.d/S10udev and commented the line udevadm settle ... and now everthing is working fast like doing a coldstart.
I'm aren't ware of any further implications when commenting or removing udevadm settle, maybe this needs more investigations, but my current impression is that there seems is no need for udev to settle on MiSTer...
