PSA: Generated config currently broken in HA 2024.2.0 #6

I think this change (home-assistant/core#108939) introduced a bug that prevents the modbus integartion to start with the generated config.
There is an issue tracking this here: home-assistant/core#109958

Fixed by: home-assistant/core#109995

Confirmed working again in 2024.2.1 https://github.com/home-assistant/core/releases/tag/2024.2.1
