Describe the bug
A portion of the File Explorer cannot utilize the Mica effect.

Target Application

  • Windows File Explorer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. Click on 'Details'

Expected behavior
Some parts of File Explorer cannot use the Mica effect.

@ColorAWA those parts of explorer use now modern UI Api that MFE isnt supposed to touch nor it will it seems as it needs quite a commitment, blame microsoft for making explorer inconsistent
