[X] This is not about other apps being displayed weird or etc.
[X] This is not about rendering issues that caused by a bug in the Windows.
[X] I've read FAQ.
[X] I've checked other issues and this is not a duplicate.
Describe the bug
When booting up my PC two Mica windows appear, one slightly bigger than the other, both completely black and unresponsive. Trying to close them doesn't work, sometimes it works when using Task Manager, sometimes they stay open forever. When double clicking the MicaForEveryone Icon in the little overflow window on the taskbar a third completely black window opens, stays on screen for some time and then crashes, closing the other two windows with it.
This made it impossible for me to configure which windows should get a Mica effect applied to them, but it still applies the Mica effect to Windows and still respects rules created before the weird behavior started.
Originally MicaForEveryone was installed via Rectify11 (which in itself is a bit bugged on my end) but I uninstalled after first encountering the issue randomly (it was working as intended for months until it suddenly stopped working this January) and reinstalled it again. The issue persists, even after reinstalling .NET Core, etc.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
There are no steps to reprodue since I'm not sure either how it suddenly happened.
Expected behavior
Starts as expected and able to input new rules/modify old ones.
Screenshots
I'll add screenshots in a bit
