[ x] This is not about other apps being displayed weird or etc.
[ ?] This is not about rendering issues that caused by a bug in the Windows.
[ x] I've read FAQ.
[ x] I've checked other issues and this is not a duplicate.

Describe the bug
When blur backdrop is enabled, Mica blurs the entire screen. I've tried different settings, different modes, it still happens no matter what I do. The only non standard app I have installed is StartAllBack which shouldn't be able to extend Mica's control to the application surface.

If by any chance you are using ShareX, add a process rule for ShareX and set everything to default.

I use ShareX yes, I added a rule for it and set it to none and set the global rule to default, and it appeared to work ok until I set the global blur behind option on which caused the problem again. Currently I can only add rules for blur on an individual app basis.

@maidnaut This is not MFE fault it seems, always use default options for process you want to exclude
