\section{Computer and programming experience}
I'm proficient in many programming languages; C++, C, Python, Matlab, Java, Fortran, Haskell, PHP.
Primarily, I use modern C++ and Python and I have for the past 5 years been the most active developer of the open source, multi-physics, finite element solver OOFEM \url{www.oofem.org}. My activity can alo be tracked on Github \url{www.github.com/Micket/}.
I'm very familiar with the related tools, such as
\begin{itemize}
\item Compilers/interpreters, linkers, debuggers, static analyzers
\item Build systems (CMake, autotools, scons)
\item Version control (git, svn)
\item Profilers (VTune, gprof, perf, Callgrind)
\item API documentation (doxygen, javadoc)
\item IDEs (KDevelop, Clion, Eclipse)
\item Parallelization with OpenMP, MPI
\end{itemize}
I have over 10 years of experience using Linux, primarily Debian, OpenSUSE, RHEL and I consider myself an expert in terminal usage, scripting, building packages, compiling and installing software.
I have some experience in setting up services like Apache, FTP, SSH, and Docker.
