Utils.highlight and Utils.scrollIntoView seem to operate very differntly #4

When using Utils.highlight, the page is scrolled to the point where the element is visible on the screen where Utils.scrollIntoView seems to scroll it all the way to the top. This presents a problem when applications like AOS where it gets scrolled under the fixed banner bar at the top of the web page.
