Query with large number of parameters errors when run as an include #442

I have a query with 22 parameters named @p0 through @p21. If I run this query as an include with any other query I get the error parameters mismatch. 10 not equalto 22 or similar (dont have the exact text atm). Query runs fine as a single fetch
