Forex python is not available anymore

I am getting the following while trying to access forex-python:
HTTPSConnectionPool(host='theforexapi.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/latest?base=USD&rtype=fpy (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x10c9317f0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 60] Operation timed out'))
