I added the command
add_target_vs_extension_sdkwhich allows to add a reference to Visual Studio Extension SDK in the target project. I also added the propertyVS_SDK_REFERENCE_DIRECTORY_ROOTwhich specifies the additional paths where Extension SDKs could be located.
