Livereload sometimes encounter EPERM error

Most of the time, Taco work greats, and it has livereload which is most useful feature in my opinion.
Personally I use taco cli so I can use my preferred code editor.

However, taco sometimes encounters EPERM error after I save files (index.html most of the time), here the error:

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, stat 'D:\Projects\TestTaco\platforms\android\assets\www\index.html'
    at Error (native)

I run taco with following command:

taco run android --device --livereload

any idea?

We have deprecated taco, but our vscode extension supports live reload using ionic or cordova-simulate

Is there any alternative?
I prefer to use my own fave text editor with command line rather than forced to use vscode..
