  1. Open Wizard Ctrl Shift P
  2. Go to azure cosmos or functions
  3. Select a subscription + resource group
  4. Type a name like aaaaaaaaa really fast into the account name
    You should see the name is already taken but depending on the speed of the typing it may show 'aaaa' is already taken or some permutation.
