Current behavior

The toolbar on left top will use 48 pixels of the canvas making the top portion of the canvas unusable.

Expected behavior

Toolbar should be on the canvas and floatable so that end user has no restriction on the area where they draw.

There was a discussion early on to separate the toolbar from the control in future versions. We had to drop that feature from this release to get the control in 3.0. It's something we should consider for future releases
