Why needed: it's helpful to compare different search space, tuner, or nn.
What to be compared

Search space, 1) simple diff, 2) search space size, for example, 1032 vs. 1020.
Configuration, different tuners or parameters.
Performance, we can design some indices, to measure efficiency of tuner or nn, like percentage of 95%, top accuracy, and so on.
