Disabled in guest access.

Default to active (filter own jobs) in user access.

Default to inactive (show all jobs) in admin access.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 52.916% when pulling abf0a9e on qixcheng/webportal/my-jobs into 6b2842f on master.

  1. What's the behavior when user does not log in?
  2. Does the webportal remember user's choice ? i.e., when user comes back next time, the web portal shows the job with the previous choice of MyJob?
