Event 'on shake' doesn't work when using mouse to shake the simulator

Repro steps:
• Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/ on Edge, IE and Chrome
• Use a 'while' block with a nested 'repeat' block like this:

• Use mouse to shake the simulator

Expected result:(on Firefox)

Actual result:(on Edge, IE and Chrome)
