After update android sdk and gradle ,can not build apk

Description

After update android sdk and gradle ,can not build apk. And i can't downgrade the sdk and gradle.If downgrade ,android studio will prompt Minimum required is 25.0.0.

Hi @chang-chaunce, you've probably faced with this issue due to breaking changes that have been introduced by Android plugin for Gradle, revision 2.3.0
To fix the issue please try to downgrade your version of Android plugin for Gradle to 2.2.3 here and change buildToolsVersion value to 23.0.1 due to it's officially supported by React Native and CodePush.
