Hello, I noticed on https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/developer-get-started/php/ubuntu/step/2.html that there's instructions to use sudo echo; this is usually not desired. I couldn't find this HTML file in this repo, but I'm hoping whoever sees this will know where to find the HTML to fix the installation instructions.

Normally, rewriting the instructions to use sudo -s on its own, and then running the remaining commands in the started shell, is the usual fix. There may be better fixes.

Thanks
