Open XML value in same split pane as the results #969

MSSQL Extension Version: 1.1.0
VSCode Version: 1.14.2
OS Version: Windows 10 Professional

It seems extremely wrong to open up the XML in the pane that the SQL query was ran from instead of within the same pane as the results

Steps to Reproduce:

run query with ctrl-shift-E that has XML as one of the column values
click on the XML value in the results pane
XML will open in the pane that the SQL was ran from
