  • VSCode Version: 1.53.
  • OS Version: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Type abc def
  2. Double click the space before def

The white space between the tokens is highlighted instead of the leading or trailing word. This is inconsistent with highlighting in other applications.
